Donna and her dad looked very relaxed and happy. . .and that was before their horse won the 2nd race.
And, in a rare moment trying to be a sports photographer, I can tell that the winner is #1:

I enjoy horse races. Used to love to read the Black Stallion books when I was a kid and there were always races.
This was my first visit to a track since I left Albany, NY in 1972. When I lived there I spent too much time in Saratoga for the trotters all year around and the thoroughbreds during the 4 week August season. Del Mar did bring back some good (and occasionally expensive) memories. :~D
